John did a very thorough inspection on a home I had already purchased, though I am sure many of you would have utilized his service before purchasing as he did uncover some items within the home that would have made the buying of the home more negotiable. We are purchasing a home and needed a good inspection particularly since we were using VA home loans. John came out and did an incredibly thorough job for us, went above and beyond what were expecting, and took his time going over every single thing he found and took pictures of it all. We will only use him from now on and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting a quality inspection done.
