This was my fourth Earthquake Upgrade with this company. this extends back several years. The upgrades were done on both Apartment communities as well as a large industrial complex. i like that they clean up after each day's work and leave the jobsite safe and clean. They started the job when promised and the quality of the work was excellent. I've been in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years and I believe the previous review of Saunders to be false. They are known for exemplary service and perfection. We have been using them exclusively for all of our properties and every single job has been completed on time and on budget. I don't know what else to say about it, but for all of our retrofits and structural repairs Steven and his team have always come through and we appreciate their dedication to being the best in the business.

Horrible! Workers just standing around eating. Lazy workers! Liars! work never gets done. Project was supposed to be done 3 months ago and they just keep extending the finish date.
