One star is even being generous. Unprofessional and doesn’t know how to be fair when it comes to assessing value. Using only MLS listings to determine a fair value is not a full scope of the market. When asked to also utilize recent recorded sales shown in the property appraiser, appraiser dug his heels in and refused stating that those legally recorded sales are “not verifiable”. Unprofessional would be a compliment in this case.
Saunders Appraisals was A+ from beginning to end. They were so quick to come out and appraise on short notice and had the results in 9 days. Very professional and friendly. I would use them again and recommend their services!
