THEY HAVE VEGAN CHEESE AND GLUTEN FREE CRUST. Saults was at our local winery on July 4th. It was crazy hot outside and these guys were working next to a pizza oven, happy as can be. Then these guys go on to tell me they have vegan cheese and gluten free crust because "you should have something for everyone," which is amazing. And then they go on and make a damn good pizza. Experienced their pop-up Pizza tent in tolland! Was absolutely excellent. Fast and fresh!
Saults Eclectic Cuisine (inside the brewery) is excellent. We ordered a pizza, and it disappeared so fast we immediately ordered a second one. Great flavor, good crust, and it pairs perfectly with the beers on tap. Just watch the pizza stand as the tray falls off easily. If you’re already at the brewery, don’t skip the food – it’s way better than “bar snacks” and absolutely worth ordering.
