I had two dozen people coming from Belfast, Ireland bringing seven foreign exchange students with Rotary International. They had requested a dinner with all foods that had originated in America. Then I suddenly had to be out of town that evening! On short notice, Sault and Pepper stepped into the challenge and made fabulous dishes of wild rice, pumpkin, turkey, cranberry beans, and on and on. All the Rotarians gave rave reviews. So I will, too!
