Dr. Hackett, and that's exactly what he is, a hackett. At an appointment I had made for the removal of a tooth that kept going abscess, he screamed at me, refusing to remove the tooth and then charge my Insurance company for 5 teeth he never touched. Avoid at all costs!!!
Had an appointment scheduled for months in advance, even sent a text message confirming. Showed up for our evening appointment to be turned away. Showed the front desk my text confirmation, they had no good reason for not taking us. It’s either a system failure or a human error. Will be taking out befits, time and money else were. Over all unfriendly and very inconsiderate staff. Do not recommend this Dentist or office !
This has been the best place and Dr Hackett has been the BEST...And I have been to alot of dentists in my lifetime!!!..I been meaning to leave a review for this amazing place..thank you Sault Dental Art Team!!!..Jessy A
I went there for my son's appointment and I couldn't be more satisfied. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. My son was a little scared & shy before entering but they made him comfortable and he says he loves this place. Definitely coming back for anything & everything dental related. Wish I could rate it 10 stars. Thank you for such amazing service!
