Unreasonable wait times and rude staff. I am astounded that a hospital employs healthcare workers with such little empathy and professionalism. I can only assume that there must be a desperate need.
You should be Ashamed of your EMERGENCY ROOM! it's Called EMERGENCY for a reason.... Not to sit there for 6 hours and get Attitude from behind the glass because I asked "How much longer?" I'd rather Die at home in my chair than spend One More Minute in your waiting room waiting until you were Good and Ready to see me. You act like I'm a burden and not a patient.
