Best Income based property I have ever lived at. we love all the office staff they are very friendly and professonal.
If I could give a negative I would they so unprofessional.They do not fix things promptly they can't keep workers or maintenance ppl.my apartment has been leaking with water all week no one has yet too come out no matter how many times I've called or went into the office its pathetic..its ghetto here definitely think twice before coming here.the apartment itself is nice but good luck with everything eles
The property manager there is terrible
If you are interested in Franklin Place Apartments, consider touring them in person. The pictures look great but the apartment complex are a bit run down due to poor management. The place is not well maintained and issues in the apartments are not fixed or replaced within a reasonable amount of time even after varios requests from tenants. The property manager lacks customer service skills
Oh yeah, two maintenance workers stalked me as well
