Didn’t do anything and still charged me $209. Then threatened to take me to collections. I called because my furnace required a simple valve and the joker they sent out tried to tell me it was not repairable and tried to upsell me a 8k furnace install. I ended up just getting my furnace repaired by someone else local, it was no problem and they only charged me $400. I strongly do not recommend this business.
We woke up on Saturday morning to our water heater draining into our basement . Called Saul Valley Plumbing immediately...we have used them for years and would not call anyone else. Donny took our call, came and looked over situation, had to leave for ANOTHER emergency (bathtub leaking through ceiling below) then came BACK for two more hours at our house. I will definitely be using Sauk valley plumbing in the future. Their customer service was excellent and they were the only ones in the Sauk valley area willing to help us (same day) for our plumbing emergency. We weren’t even an existing client but they were willing to step in and help. Highly recommend!
Nothing they never called back ....this is a 2year old issue but they did the same thing to my brother, said they'd come by and that was it
I was dreading the tube drainage repair. I called SVP and scheduled repair in a week. Two guys did a fix in a tough spot in less than 2 hrs. And I smiled when they were paid. So happy. Now I can move on. Thank you!
