Excellent service from Donnie! He came out and took care of our drain problem quickly and professionally. Everything was done very well, and he did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. You honestly wouldn’t even know he had been working there—everything was left spotless! If you need plumbing, heating, or cooling services, give Sauk Valley Plumbing a call. Highly recommend their service!
The entire experience with Sauk Valley Plumbing & Heating was fantastic. Tim came out and gave me a fair quote, taking his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. His expertise gave me complete confidence that the job would be done right and on time. They are the only plumbing company in town I trust with my home; I have used them for over 15 years and they have never disappointed me. The assistant was also incredibly nice and respectful. Together, they made the whole installation smooth and stress-free. E... read more
Thank you so much Sauk Valley Plumbing for responding so fast for a water pipe issue! They fit this job in the same day and were extremely professional! Highly recommend if you need a plumbing company you can trust!
I have used them about three times & have always been pleased.
Didn’t do anything and still charged me $209. Then threatened to take me to collections. I called because my furnace required a simple valve and the joker they sent out tried to tell me it was not repairable and tried to upsell me a 8k furnace install. I ended up just getting my furnace repaired by someone else local, it was no problem and they only charged me $400. I strongly do not recommend this business.
