Great service, the receptionist Nicole was great with communicating and sending a plumber out in a timely manner thanks Nicole! And the plumbers came out and helped with a clog in my basement and explained a few other things and were friendly. Will be using sauk valley plumbing again.

Edit 2: The project is complete. They were very professional and did really great work. The owner, Tim, stopped by to check on the project. He is a great guy and cares about quality work and is reasonable with cost. I give 4 stars for the professionalism and quality on the job. Docked 1 star just because I had to initiate all communication from the beginning until project completion, 3 months later. * Edit: have talked through the project with multiple people now and it is weather permitting. Thank you to Sauk Valley Plumbing... We moved into a home with septic and well which is our first time having these... Ran into some problems and every person that came to help us I truly appreciate what you have done to help get the water pressure and pump going . Everyone was so nice and professional I posted your business to all my friends on my social media and our story and that we would recommend Sauk Valley ... Thanks again Deb & Larry

Really appreciated Sauk Valley Plumbing coming out so quickly to troubleshoot our well. Our 17 year old deep well pump quit on us in the middle of the night and on the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. SVP sent out technicians who were able to find the problem and solve our issue in just a few hours. Thank you SVP!
