Prices are outrageous grooming is TERRIBLE Never seen such a terrible grooming job
Hands down the best resort and hospital! Someone recommended me this Resort for boarding. I can’t say enough nice things about them. They’re very nice and take good care of my furbaby, Reaper.

The technician and doctor that worked with my bunny Ruby were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will come here again!
The groomer was very kind & understanding of my pup’s anxiety issues. Took her in for a full grooming, and she’s usually so terrible with getting her nails cut that any other place doesn’t get them all. The groomer made her feel comfortable & safe, usually she would get back in the car shaking and peeing herself. I was delightfully surprised when she was so calm that when we got home she went straight for a nap! She was soooo soft after her bath, and shedding isn’t as bad as it was! I’ve been here a few times as I’ve been living in two states. The veterinarians are very pleasant, informative, and easy to talk to. The staff is always pleasant to work with. I find the prices to be much less than I’m used to paying despite the excellent service. I’m very picky when it comes to my cats and I will continue to come here.
I personally feel that their Doctors and staff care about the health of your pets. They will go the extra mile to make sure everything is good.
Very friendly people . Prices aren't too high . They answer questions completely.
The other day I stopped to get food around 4:30 - they were extremely busy, so I expected a long wait. BUT within minutes of me calling, Karen ran food out and I was greeted with huge smiles by both the techs that were helping other clients curbside. There is nowhere better when it comes to people who love your animals and work their butts off to make things as easy & efficient for owners.
