If there was a zero, that is what I would click. Took our Honda Pilot in to be repaired. 2 1/2 years later still supposedly could not get all the parts to fix it. Every time my husband called him, he said he was still trying to get the parts. Today, he said he decided it would cost my husband and I too much money to get it repaired. Never said anything about that to us. Isn't that our call? We hauled it away from the shop today. The windshield is now cracked and a side window broken. I'd like to start this review by informing all readers I'm a professional that has been working in the automotive and diesel industry for over 15 years. I would never have Dave do any work for me ever again. He rebuilt my engine and it used six quarts of oil in 7,000 miles and it blew a rod at 7,000 miles and he would not honor his warranty.
