Ordered pizza and after 2 hours it still didn't show. Of course, they didn't have the driver's cell number to find out where he was with our food, so when the driver, whose name is Gary, finally called my wife to say he was lost, to which she told him we cancelled our order because it had been over 2 hours, he said, "oh yeah, sorry" and hung up. We live 5 minutes from there!

Bill, first of all we would like to personally apologize for your experience Wednesday night. It's always a big day for us and can get quite hectic, but that's no excuse. Apparently there was an unfortunate miscommunication with your driver who had two deliveries and was supposed to bring yours first and then I guess had trouble finding you to boot. We have ordered twice from Saucy's. Sunday was no better than last. Chicken Alfredo was bland. French Dip received no au jus. Wings with bbq sauce on side, did not receive sauce. Cheesy garlic bread was okay but no garlic. Called and the man offered to beat up the person and to delivered missing items. We refused, it took l.25 hours to get the food delivered (we live 1/2 mile from Saucy's). Don't know if there will be a third time.
Great taste we both really enjoy the delivery service 😊And the Tuesday BOGO special keeps us coming back!🤑🚘pizza
