Fiona’s recover elixir is not for the weak! As much as I cringed taking this as a shot, I would do jt multiple times a day because it truly did help with pain after double jaw surgery! My husband loved the raw taste. I’m a baby and would mix into a smoothie! Either way - it does not take away from the fact that Fiona’s recipes WORK!

Fiona sat with us for over an hour on her day off and asked questions about health issues we had and offered products to supplement these issues and to correct them as well. Her husband made recommendations getting us ready for a surgery in the next 60 days. She loves what she does and she loves helping people. Also the surgeons at TOC recommend her to help people with chronic pain so that should tell you something!!!
