If I could leave no stars I would after dealing with such unprofessionalism from Erika. Not only was she late to the appointment we booked but she proceeded to claim my sons hair was too short to twist after she saw pics prior to me booking and giving a deposit. Mind you, he’s been braided and twisted before when his hair was a lot shorter. Not only did she refuse to twist his hair but she also didn’t give back any of the deposit when she was the one who said she could twist his hair! Booked small box braids for my son with Erika. I sent a photo of his hair PRIOR to appt to confirm it could be done before paying deposit requested via text. I then drove 35 mins during traffic, just to be told his hair was “too short.” Mind you, my sons hair has been braided/twisted several times prior to this with shorter hair. To make matters worse, Erika claimed the deposit was not refundable despite the fact that she was unable to deliver what was agreed upon. Very disappointing.
