Very bad customer service experience. My wife ordered 100 boneless wings when we got them they were bone in. My wife called to see what could be done she was told “well the manager took your order and he wrote traditional so that is what you got, and the manager has left for the day.” My wife explained she never orders traditional wings she hates them. Happy hour was not happy, they still charge regular price for margarita's. The only thing that was saucy was the sauce they brought with the wings. First time experience���
I really love the wings at Sauced Wings, but they just cannot get an order right. No attention to detail in the kitchen. Ever.
Why one star? Absolutely rediculous customer service. Friday night, and drove from Lewisville. As soon as i walk in i am not greated, but approached as if i walked in on something shady. Dude was wearing a hoodie no name tag nothing to indicate he worked there. I asked how long the wait was, here was the response. "We are actually not taking any tables any more, there is going to be a private party." Again Friday night at 6pm. Further proof why Wingstop is the go to wing joint around!
Great place to chill and have a beer with a friend! Great service! Friendly staff!
