I made a follow-up call on 4/21/2026 regarding an Urgent letter request from Dr Yee’s office on 4/15/2026 for a letter to support switching to AC due to extreme temperatures in our home. Details of interaction: 4/21/26 - I called and spoke to Angel (male) who placed the call on hold and passed me off to another staff (Berline? female) who stated that Dr Yee’s office had requested followup information, specifically if my children had any medical conditions to support the need. Dr. Yee is by far the best family doctor I’ve ever seen! He’s great with my children. The staff is amazing! He takes time with each patient and explains things so we could understand.

Dr. Yee is wonderful. He has been my PCP for almost twenty years, as well as my children and grandchildren. His dedication, knowledge, experience, and ethics are impeccable. I am very happy with this office, and the staff is very friendly.
