Doctor was recommended but it is impossible to get an appoitment or to even try to book an appointment. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE
Dr. Satya is a great listener and explains everything very well. She took all the time that was needed with us to be sure we understood the diagnosis and next steps.
Excellent experience. Dr. Satya was so informative and spent time answering all my questions. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Would highly recommend.
Dr Sataya was wonderful she was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. She didn't hurry me and showed personal interest . Office staff and the nurse were lovely too.
I have tried to get an appointment with her for over 6 weeks since October 17th. The staff does not answer the phone. Calls were returned 2 days after I left a message. Confirmed at that time that they accept my insurance, Florida Blu (Blue Cross Blue Shield). Today November 20th I went in person to schedule appointment after finally receiving a letter of referral only to be told they do not accept Florida Blu health insurance. I think the one negative reviewer has the wrong doc! Dr. Satya is patient, thorough, kind, took a long time with me every time I've been in. Office is efficiently and professionally run! Would totally recommend!
Dr. Satya correctly diagnosed that my heart symptoms were actually caused by a vein crimp rather heart problems. She was the only doctor to figure it out. She also has a good bedside manner and answers all questions.
