I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. When we walked in, the employee taking our order never looked up from her phone. She was texting while taking our order, which made it feel like she wasn’t really listening. I ordered a double espresso and asked for a separate glass with only two ice cubes. 🐾 Coffee fills the cup. Kindness fills the café. ☕️ Around here, they brew kindness right alongside the coffee. I’ve trotted in more than a dozen times at all hours of the day and that’s exactly why I keep dragging my human back. Every visit, the team greets us with genuine warmth and makes me feel just as welcome as my human. That’s five-star pup hospitality if you ask me.
