I bought a part from them for $155.00. I am an HVAC Tech so I thought I'd have no trouble switching it out. Then I came across a type of bolt I'd never encountered before. I asked if I could use the special tool for a few minutes If I'd leave a large deposit. They refused, but offered to schedule me an appointment. You'd think that after spending $155 they'r at least let me rent the tool.... nope.
