Very friendly and helpful when I was in to look at a vehicle. I ended up buying my car from them and always have my questions answered extremely fast with no problems what-so ever. Highly recommend these guys!
We went to this dealership after spending the afternoon Going to several others looking around for a car for my wife . Excellent customer service, no haggling, fair pricing and great vehicles. I bought a 2009 VW CC from Jim Triggs, he was patient and guided me through to get me a great deal.
Went in looking and Jim Triggs came out with an offer to lease a 2015 Impala LT2 and at which point they found a better option of leasing. looking forward of doing more business.
1/12/15 I wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with this dealership and their help after the sale. We had a misunderstanding concerning some optional equipment that was supposed to be included in my new car as a part of our transaction. These folks went out of their way to insure my satisfaction. They quickly installed the optional equipment at no charge which really impressed me. I highly recommend this dealership.

Terrible Experience in Sales! Id go back to Gamblin of Enumclaw any day! Well worth the drive. I received a ridiculously deceptive letter formatted as if it was an email from the big cheese himself that stated "We need your specific vehicle. Its high demand! We were charged a diagnostic fee. I wasn t aware that was something that was needed these days, generally that fee is waived at most repair shops if the customer chooses to have the work done that was diagnosed. So if something goes wrong with the car, they have a computer read the code, the problem is then diagnosed. That takes minutes. How does that justify charging 89.00?
