Great experience with online sales. After having issues with another dealership, I looked at Saturn of Henderson's online listings. I found a Saturn that fit perfectly in my budget. I spoke with the online sales agent, Mike Meyer. He was able to get me a deal where I did not pay one cent over the amount I was willing to spend for the car. It was a great experience. When we go to get oil changes, the service department can take several hours. PROS: On-line listings. CONS: Service department slow.

I would never do business here again I have gotten 2 vehicles from here. The first was a ford probe used. They installed an anti theft device and in doing so broke the cruise control. They had my car for weeks and couldn't fix it. I finally had to take it to Ford to get fixed which after much fighting, Saturn paid for. The second vehicle was a 2002 VUE.
