Bought a used Ram from out of state. I was promised that it was fully serviced and ready to go and that it would pass PA inspection without an issue. When delivered the tire pressure monitors were all out. I was promised by management that I'd have the work refunded by them as they didn't have the parts in place and wanted to get the vehicle delivered to me. I started the buying process at 10:20am. Made on phone call to Matt Beaber who connected me with David Milhoan. By 3pm i was on my way down to the store from Medina. They showed me 3 trucks. No 3 ring circus, no smoke & mirrors, and no BS. Was BY FARRRR the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever had. With any brand.
