Steve Richards and everyone else there was great to work with. Buying a vehicle can be worse then buying a house (timeframe) but this was actually a very smooth transaction of buying our first GMC. We were very pleased with everything and Steve went over our new vehicle in great detail. If I could give 10 stars I would.
We havent even made a payment on a brand new truck before we had to tow it back to the dealership. We get the car back on Monday night and had to have it towed back again on THURSDAY! Once my sales rep and the owner saw my Google review we received calls to try and have them make it right. The communication was improved and the truck was fixed for the second time very quickly. Thank you to Scott and Doug for your attention to the matter it was greatly appreciated!

Wow, please do NOT fall for their attempt to "hold" a vehicle for you to look at (due to travel), by "credit checking" beforehand. Ouch. I never even saw the vehicle I was originally interested in...and here I am 2 months out STILL getting DOZENS of credit hit letters in the mail. They definitely jumped the gun on my interest. It took them HOURS to send me honest photos of the SUV also (missing paint, rusty, missing trim pieces). Super disappointed with my experience, I do not recommend out of town shopping with them.
