Went in to get length taken off of a chain that I didn’t even purchase from them, he did it very quickly and was very nice and informative. To add he did not charge me anything for it. Awesome place, has some beautiful jewelry and accessories.

Top quality gems and service. Personalized attention by Kitty and Lars. Best in the North. Update: I recently broke my wedding ring set and after 38 years felt that I could splurge for a new set. I moved to Petoskey years ago but traveled back to Cadillac for the excellent service at Saturn Gems. Kitti helped me choose a new setting for my diamond and Lars used the gold from my original wedding set to cast a new band. Amazing customer service. Fast email responses. Very knowledgeable about products. Very fast shipping even around the holidays.
