I almost 100% hate doctors. I had a doctor for 10 years that was the best ever. He retired in 2020 like a lot of other doctors. I have been looking for a doctor since then, but I could never find one that took any time to get to know me or that even cared. It was always the revolving door of our for-profit medical care. That is until I went to see Mary. She is kind, caring and understanding. every quality you want in a doctor. The office feels like home and is a very relaxing environment. Thank God I found her..
Mary is so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her knowledge of homeopathic medicine. Very convient place for my 5 children to go to at the same time for our yearly check ups and Sports physicals. She's always a phone call away for medical advice and always so helpful! We live in spokane and drive out to her for our needs since she's moved. I haven't found a provider comparable in spokane that is covered by our insurance. Going to her is worth the drive! If your switching over to Brittney Worthy from Mary Bachko at Saturn Clinic, think again. I missed 2 appointments, I'm a mother of 5 kids, a caregiver fulltime and a homeschool mom of 4. I called immediately this morning after realizing I had missed my appointment by an hour. Brittney was extremely rude got on the phone said what she needed to say and handed the phone to the receptionist without giving me a chance to speak or ask any questions. She has way to much going on to properly deal with her patients. I got my family member a different doctor and they have found so many illnesses and issues that Mary was just ignoring and staying my family member was fine when in reality they are not okay.
