First, I wasn’t made aware by sharayah that one of my child’s haircuts was going to cost more because she was a “master stylist”. Then She shampooed my sons hair without letting me know that there was an extra charge for it. Dina started cutting my other sons hair and sharayah suggested I pay while she was finishing up because she had finished. That’s when I found out about the upcharges. I pointed out that the sign stated that children’s haircuts were $15.75. She became clearly annoyed but took the extra charges off. I went back to my son to check on the progress of his haircut with Dina. There were 5 cuts clearly visible on the back of his neck and behind his ear that were bleeding. I pointed them out immediately. It was shrugged off by the stylist. The cut wasn’t coming along well at all. I pointed out different spots that were uneven in length. She stated there was nothing she could do about it because it was just the texture of his hair. I didn’t feel comfortable with her cutting his hair anymore. I asked her to just stop and trim around his ears so we could go. I was appalled by how these stylist acted and treated us. I took my little boys home and went back for a refund. Both of these women stated that I would have to contact their manager and their corporate office because they can’t give refunds. I told them to get the manager. She wasn’t there. I told them to call her. I spoke to someone named Connie that is the manager. She said I would have to come back on Tuesday, December 18th when she was in to get a refund. That is completely unacceptable. These employees are rotten and rude individuals. This was the absolute worst client service that I’ve ever received. I’m angered by the fact that my 5 year old went in for a hair cut and came out with 5 different bleeding cuts. The employees weren’t sorry or kind in any way once it was pointed out. We will never ever go to a Saturday’s salon again!
