⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible experience Sattva! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the instructors were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. I felt a sense of belonging from the first day I stepped in and left each session, workshop, and event feeling refreshed and inspired. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a community and a holistic approach to wellness!

Sattva Yoga Center must be the best kept secret in Lynchburg! I cannot say enough good about it, or the people who teach, especially Gary. It’s an excellent Yoga Center and is certainly one of the best things Lynchburg has going on. I would encourage anyone to come and just try it out!
Gary gave me a tour of the Sattva Center top to bottom. What a wonderful historic structure! It has been well cared for over the years and Gary is doing a great job of repurposing this building in which to do great things. The yoga studio is accessed from the Church Street facing entrance. Definitely take some time to check it out.
I'm so grateful for the community Gary has been cultivating here at Sattva! Gary has been my go-to yoga teacher for years, and the yoga classes always feel like just what I needed, plus the membership fee is the most affordable in town. But even beyond the yoga, Sattva has become a space where people can grow together and build friendships, and I've felt more connected since joining the space.
