Sattva Yoga Studio is a jewel in downtown/Rivermont area of Lynchburg. Plenty of parking in spacious lot and nice clean place. I love Megan who leads the beginner yoga at lunchtime. Helps me a lot!

Sattva IS a place where I can go to be with like-minded people and also commit an hour of Yoga: to be with myself, to be present, to breathe, to heal, to stretch and strengthen, to grow. I find myself here. It is enriching. I am challenged! Every session offers a new twist and Megan, the instructor, is so awesome, attentive, and encouraging. I’m always excited to go! Knowing Yoga meets you where you are, the Beginner class for life is okay with me. Sattva, Yoga, ALL I NEED!
Gary Sullivan & Megan Harris at Sattva Yoga and wellness have created a warm and safe space with deep knowledge, compassion and joy. It's more than just a place to learn and practice yoga; it's a tribe where everyone contributes something unique and wonderful. This community feels like family!!
