Great place, lots going on. Only draw back is lack of disabled access.
Sattva Yoga Studio is a jewel in downtown/Rivermont area of Lynchburg. Plenty of parking in spacious lot and nice clean place. I love Megan who leads the beginner yoga at lunchtime. Helps me a lot!
