Bayonet Point Animal Clinic I have been bringing my 2 dogs to BPAC for 5 years, Dr. Satler is the best vet in this building and all the way around. The staff is very kind and helpful and I recommend this animal clinic to all. They treat your pet(s) as if they were their own and take very well care of them.
Very Pleased! We followed Dr. Sattler from Bayonet Point Animal Clinic to Her new Practice Advanced Veterinary. She is Excellent and Very caring. We feel very comfortable with her and so does our little 15 year old Yorkie Hershey. Also she cares for our African Grey "Merlin" Her staff is very Caring, and eagar to help! Excellent Customer Service Skills! We are very pleased!
Hero's for animals I cant not say enough for these incredible vets. The entire staff, but especially Dr Hase are absolute angels for not just the animals they save but also the owners. We have been so blessed to have had Dr Hase save several of our cats, dogs and unique rescued animals lives. They are a rare gem among the many greedy vet's draining animal owners with outrageous bills and little compassion. These angels made some of our difficult decisions a little bit easier. Terrible I did not see Dr Sattler, but one of the other Dr's at this place. This was the worst experience I have ever had with one of my animals. What they call an exam was severly lacking - they did not listen to his heart or lungs, they did not check his eyes, ears, gums. They did not ask what we feed him. They did not ask about his bowel habbits or if there where any changes in any of his other functions. Great place for your family pets I have been using this vet for about 10 years. They are great, and always there when you need them. They will always do their best to getyou in even without an appointment. My dog loves Dr Satler, and the staff is always nice and helpful.
Dr. Sattler is at a new location I made an appointment at Bayonet Point Animal Clinic specifically to see Dr. Sattler. When I arrived, I was seen by another veterianarian. I was told that Dr. Sattler was no longer there and the staff did not know where she was. I found Dr. Satter 1/2 mile away at Advanced Veterinary Care on Cobble Stone Drive. Apparently when Bayonet Point Animal Clinic was purchased by a national corporation, Dr. Sattler moved and started her own practice. Her new place is GREAT !!!!
