Chris in the Ellijay office has been a wealth of knowledge and has handled our project from beginning to end. Met with Chris this week. We called and he fit us in the following day. He took all the time we needed answering all our questions. Never felt rushed even though he had another commitment after our appointment. I’ve research many log home companies and this company, in my opinion, is top notch. The office in Texas is is always a phone call away, but Chris seemed well informed and very accommodating. It didn’t feel like we were talking the a car salesman. The homes sell themselves. Couldn't ask for nicer people to work with from the planning stage to the final nail driven stage! Even now if I have a problem & I have been in my home for several years, (I had what turned out to be a simple window sash problem & they gladly walked me through it) I can still call them & they still help me! Satterwhite is a company that has employees that care about you even AFTER THE SALE!!
