Visited Kay at SatterleeJewelry this afternoon and had the most wonderful time speaking with her about my grandmother's 1930's Buolva wrist watch. Such a lovely person and made me feel like part of the family. 💜🙏 I will certainly be back there and passing along the good vibes of the place. Lovely repair work being done, right there on site! Great 👍
I was in need of a new watch battery and I first went the Fred Meyer in Redmond and they couldn’t get the back off of the watch. So off I went to Satterlee. I had to leave it but I wasn’t in a rush. Next morning, I picked it up and it was less expensive than Fred’s. Their jeweler had no problem installing a battery. I will return.

Came in to have a necklace from my Grandfather repaired. The medallion, bail, and clasp were all getting thin after the last 30+ years of being worn. Sean greeted me when I came in, he was very professional and kind. Weighed it, measured it, documented the necessary repairs and gave me a copy of the receipt with all the information. They were able to repair the medallion and bail, and they removed the clasp and put in a solid link (I am able to put it on over my head) so this was nice because now I don’t have to worry about ... read more
