The team at Satterlee is the best around! Not only are they always friendly, they always go above an beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. We have had such a great experience with this company and will continue to come back for all of our jewelry needs! Thanks you guys!
While workman ship is great, communication needs work.Did not fully explain final charges and failed to advise all the steps they were going to perform which altered what was expected with the final product
