Nicole at Satterfield was awesome. The process of buying our new home went smoothly without any problems. We absolutely LOVE our new home, and new neighbors.
Worst home I ever owned. Walls are cracking, concrete on porch falling apart, Kitchen cabinets are cheap and finish coming off. Floors uneven in areas and creak. Hot water sporadic. Shutters are falling off and coming loose. Constant circuit breaker problems. Would not recommend to buy here. In answer to owner , Still having problems. Shutters still coming loose. I love my new home! My section of the neighborhood is new, so there's not many neighbors around just yet but I love the community. My home is beautiful and the builders are really good at addressing any issues I come across with the home settling. I couldn't be happier.
