The surgeon is nice. But the wait times are atrocious. We need more professionals, and better time management! I spent over 100 minutes at their facility for a 5 minute meet with the Doctor, it's diabolical. You can literally check in and go for lunch to a restaurant and then come back for the 5 minute briefing. Honestly should be done via video in the comfort of your home.
