I went to Satori this past weekend and it was a blast! I had a spa party there me and 6 other girls, they set up a table for us out back in the nail room and we put all our goodies on it and ate throughout the day it was perfect! The staff was very friendly and interactive with all of us as well. I love the way their pedicure station is set up it comfy and relaxing! Jessica Creswell knows just how to fix you up and make you feel special again.
Horrible customer service and had to return many times for a color correction due to a stylist that messed up multiple times. Poor communication skills and didn't listen to what was being asked for.
Terrible. After a color service went horribly wrong -- the stylist turned the front of my blonde hair black! -- it took two corrections to fix it. The owner did the first correction and, unbelievably, made it worse!! Whaaaat??!! What is going on there? Terrible, terrible, terrible. As my friend says, "They have inflated prices for mediocre services." So true.
This is the first salon where I come In and come out with exactly what I ask! Kailey always does my hair and is very talented in what she does. I highly recommend this place!
