It was an awful experience. My 2 yo was referred to this place by main provider. Nobody would share a word about the vision issues my kid had. Copayment of 50 dollars was charged, when it should be 40 for specialist visits. Extra EXPENSIVE examinations are performed without consulting the parents. Expect an expensive bill without details on what they did. They charged 340 for one visit (after insurance!). It is ridiculous.

My son has been a patient of this office for roughly 4 years. We were recommended to him by multiple people who stated the office was great with children with Autism. Unfortunately this was not really the case. Dr. Sato is good at what he does, but he has a very gruff and rushed manner that would sometimes rub myself and my child the wrong way. I been taking my children with Sam Sato since they were babies but this office has significantly changed. It is virtually a struggle to get your children an appointment and I don't believe it should be such a difficult task to get my son an eye exam. I am changing my son to another ophthalmologist, the lack of organization is unacceptable.
