I have also had a negative experience in the office, but Dr. Aurora and the whole team in the back of the office have been professional and caring while helping me greatly.
Horrible experience with this office. Rude, moths between biopsy and follow up, changes of appointment without letting me know. Then rude again. Not to mention $750 for 15 minutes of talking. Go somewhere else if you have an option
My esophagus was perforated by another physician (traveling doctor) and Dr Auroa came to the hospital everyday until we found out if I needed surgery. I couldn’t have a better dr then him. He is both kind and extremely knowledgeable!! Thank you Dr Arora for all you have done for me. I couldn’t be in better hands!
