Always happy with dr Arora and pa Howell extremely disappointed in staff. Medicine keeps getting cut off for no good reason . 2nd time in a couple of months. Nurse blamed PA but I spoke with him and was assured he never cuts medication off without talking to patient. Mean while, I’m having acid reflux because of someone’s mistake.
He was fine and ready to schedule me for the procedures. his staff id awful. The nurse denied me scheduling and was smug and ugly about it. Then screamed at me in the lobby along with another nurse. They shook their fingers in my face and closed a fist in my face telling me to calm down. I had a panic attack, calmed down and talked to the office manager who treated me lie she didn't care. Their ethics are horrible here.
Dr. Auora is wonderful and caring.
