Forrest was very polite, that is until he actually looked (not inspected or diagnosed, literally just looked) at the furnace. then he proceeded to tell me it was junk and I needed to spend thousands of dollars replacing it because of the known heat exchanger issue they had, sure parts are available but HE wouldn't do it and that I should just get a new furnace since it obviously is failing. it did happen to be working at the time he inspected it so he looked at the water drains and explained that the water there was the issu... read more
