I hired this company for a move-out cleaning, and unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing experience. During the cleaning, my apartment floor was damaged with deep scratches. I have clear before-and-after photos showing that the floor was in good condition before the cleaning and damaged immediately afterward. The building management later inspected the damage and charged $700 for the floor repair. Derlis and her assistant did a fantastic job!!! They came and conquered the dirt and grime in my kitchen and bathroom. The tub looks like a brand new tub!! Thank you sooo much Derlis! Such a hard working and genuine person.
