This store is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.. & I’ve given Gail over 10 tries to change my mind. I’ve been in there several times over the last 5 years & have been treated horribly every single time. The most recent times, I went in with my children & not only was she blatantly rude to them, she told me I needed to hold them if I was in the store. I love Satin Stitches.. Gail and her staff are extremely knowlegeable and helpfull..I wish I lived closer, but I do try to drive the 2 hour drive monthly
