I visited Satin Med Spa for a Microdermabrasion treatment and couldn't have been more satisfied! Every little detail was perfect. I walked in and immediately recieved a water and a cough drop (they noticed me coughing). When I went into the private room, i changed into the softest towel I have ever felt! The treatment was so relaxing and the woman helping me made it a point to give me skin care tips. The people have always been very friendly. Today however, I was informed that the provisions agreed upon when I started treatments in 2012 which included an annual touchup for free every year were no longer valid and after this year I would have to pay. #notcool #shadybusinesspractice but lesson learned. Get it in writing.
I absolutely love Satin Med Spa. It is my favorite place to go when I want to do something for myself!! They just finished an expansion and the spa looks more beautiful than ever. It really looks like a designer than specializes in boutiques decorated it and they have a new, wonderful machine for cool sculpting (fat reduction) that is amazing.
