I have used their product in three large rooms in our home. After 2 years ,I needed another 550 square feet to finish three more rooms. I contacted them 4 times stating that I wanted to order. Gave make ,quantities, colour. Talked to them 4 times and no call back at all. Found a similar product elsewhere . Absolute worst customer service
Worst flooring in North America. Our floor absolutely fell apart and not one of their executives could care less. They never sent anyone out to see how they destroyed our home. We are on our way to court with them and Imperial Hardwood of St Catharines that recommended it and installed it.
Excellent customer service. Glyn and Tony were so approachable and helped us choosing the wood for our house. Best prices in whole GTA and excellent customer service. Highly highly recommended.
