Absolutely terrible. We have rented a house through them via turnkey property management and the house we just signed for is completely uninhabitable. There’s a lien on the house and we cannot put utilities in our name. The plumbing is broken. There is no stove/dishwasher and the microwave that is built in is broken. It was extremely filthy so we had to pay a cleaning service just move in. We are out $440 and cannot even live there. Do not offer rentals if they are not moving ready
