Refuses for months to refer my child to a local neuropsych. First he requires that I go for an appointment to get the referral. I schedule an appointment, attend the appointment, once I have met his prerequisites for the referral now I am told that my child is not in the correct age range to be referred to a local neuropsych. When initially I was advised by the doctor himself that provided that my child has developmental issues he could in fact be referred to a local neuropsych, which he does.
