Worst experience ever! I was referred to Dr. Jyothinagaram months ago and had my appointment set for January 31st. The people in this office are all incompetent! Not only did they not call my Primary Care Physician for the records that they needed prior to my appointment, I was waiting to see the doctor for over an hour! After the nurse took my vitals and sat me in the room to await the doctor no one came in to let me know anything at all! Great Dr! Been seeing him for over a year now. And my A1C went from 11.6 to 6.1 in 6 months! He definitely knows what he is doing and I'm hoping to be completely off the meds this year. I would definitely recommend Dr J! Great Dr and a Great person.
I have been calling the office for weeks now and the receptionist is stating she needs a correct diagnosis from my pcp isn't that her job since my doctor is the one who sent them the referral I am frustrated because I am a prior patient of Dr J I haven't seen him while he is the only endo I would like to see but his office staff is making it impossible!!!!!! I would like to speak to someone with more authority please
My experience has been that a) Dr. Jyothinagaram possesses great energy, is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I can understand why people regard him highly, and b) his staff person has proven incompetent and it's extremely disappointing. I'll likely be forced to identify a new provider.
