He wrote me off because I’m young. His PA is much more thorough but Dr. Subbaiah spent less than 5 minutes with me, told me I’d be better in 8 weeks (even after I told him it’s been over 8 weeks and is getting WORSE), recommended me to YouTube stretches for sciatica and gave me a pain management card. Well after months of stretching I now have stage 4 lymphoma. My pain is from a metastatic bone lesion in my hip. Thank god I got a second opinion, it literally saved my life.
Dr Subbaiah is AMAZING. Took my 80 year old dad to his office in patchogue as a hospitalization followup. Dr. Subbaiah's office staff couldnt initially find our appt in the system, but they FIT us in. The staff were compassionate and very helpful! Dr. Subbaiah himself is awesome. He took the time to explain what the imaging said, next steps in care, and even spotted a secondary concern on the MRI that the radiologist missed!
