I wanted to rent a satellite phone for a 10-day backpacking trip and my coworker recommended this company. The whole process was smooth and easy and I have no complaints! The customer service was great, the phone arrived on the morning it was scheduled to arrive, and to send it back you just tape up the box the phone comes in, put on the prepaid address label, and drop it off with Fedex. Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Great prices as well. I have been using another company for years and came across SPDirect when comparing prices again. Not only were they cheaper but they made arrangements to meet me after hours and gave me their cell phone number to text. This says a lot about customer satisfaction. Our vacation was perfect in the Bahamas and the phone worked great. Now headed back to Kansas. We will rent from you again. Thanks Jen for the great customer service!!!
