Satec is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with they went above and beyond, I cannot recommend them enough , Stacy was a pleasure to deal with
I probably caught them on a bad day, but I had two simple questions that I wanted to ask, but was welcomed by a customer service agent who was probably having a terrible day. Kept cutting me off. Getting snappy with me. Would not let me speak. Pointed fingers at my subsequent frustration to end the call. 10/31 (Tuesday) - 2:00 pm (EST). Whichever agent that works during this hour.
