Just happened to be in the area and popped in for a quick dinner. Had the chicken sate plate and it was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. The peanut sauce was not too oily. And the owner himself greeted us at the payment counter. A very pleasant experience

This is a very small Indonesian restaurant which caught our eye as we were driving to go shopping. The menu is limited, we had to wait a while for the food to be served even though there was no one else in the restaurant. The food was okay; I won’t be coming back because there are plenty other places to try.

I’m 1st gen Dutch-indo. Food is amazing! I highly recommend the Beef Rendang and Cendol.

Indonesian here. Agreed with others. This is not the place. I am so confused by the dishes. The rendang tasted off, overpowered by star anise. The sauce on the potato and egg is unfamiliar and sour, more like Indian than Indo. The sate was just meh, it’s flat and missing that smoky aroma. And where’s the fried shallots? The salad is whitewashed. The cendol texture is so wrong, and it’s overly sweet. The Indo restaurant scene in Austin continues to underwhelm.
