VERY BAD SERVICE THE LADY (the owner)HAD A NASTY Attitude SHE DID MY NAILS ALL WRONG And FAST TO GET ME UP AND OUT TO GO TO HER REGULARS and sat there and took her time with them my nails look HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.!!
The nail tech who did my nails was great, but the experience was ruined when the guy cleaning made us move our chairs while I was actively getting my nails done. He consistently shoved his mop into my chair while the polish was being applied. That could’ve easily been done after we left or when the store was closed. It really made me feel like my presence as a customer was an inconvenience. I will probably never go back.
The first time I went there they where amazing I absolutely loved my experience other than the prices. The second time I went I picked out my color and the lady put the wrong color on and I honestly did not like it so I told her when I realized and she told me no that, that was the color I picked and did not fix it!! Then I paid 180 for what I got. Also, the whole experience felt extremely rushed i don't only go to get my nails done I go because it's the only time I really get to relax being a single mom who works 2 jobs. Al... read more
I went to get my nails done on a Sunday and on their website it says they close at 5 at 4 we walked in and there 3 people sitting down and they had the nerve to tell me they closed at 3. I am very disappointed.
Nina’s was closed so I gave them a try. I was nervous as you can’t trust everyone with your nails but I love them and they’re sister and boyfriend approved! 🤩
