I ordered a cheddar burger medium well. Meat patty arrived well done and not juicy. The patty was hot on the outside but not even warm on the inside as if the burger was originally cooked some time before I ordered and then put on grill again as they got an order. Not sure but with how well done the burger was it should have been hot throughout. I expect this at fast food joint but not at sassys. Fries were very good and as were the pickles for the burger.
