We'very been taking our Persian cat to Sassy Paws for 9 years . We were very happy with the previous owner . Lately , our visits were getting worse. Not coming back and not recommending Sassy Paws at all.

When I took my little poodle furbaby to a Sassy Paws to have her groomed, the groomer Brenda cut her badly on her right jaw under her ear and as a so called professional failed to tell me when I picked her up. I did not find it till some time later. When I picked her up she was very skidish, whined, and kept shaking and rubbing her head. She wouldn't play or eat, all she wanted to to is hide. I have taken my dog here for a few years now, and have always been satisfied with her cuts. I recommend Sassy Paws to everyone with a fur baby.
I will never go back...11 cuts on my poodle baby and when I went in to discuss I found out a new owner had taken over but didn't tell us customers...no remorse...kinda thought after she thought about it she may contact me since I was a 4 year customer...nope nothing...To me this was dog abuse...my bubba can't speak so I am speaking for him

We have been taking our dog here for over 2 years. Have been trying to make an appt. with them 4 times in the last month. They don't respond. Not to mention that when we tell them to shave his face clean he comes home with a beard. They just can't seem to follow direction. Time to move on!!!
All three of my dogs always come back looking amazing and come back happy
